Limitation of Liability
ShieldCore Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince Edward Island.
